FEATURE

The objective: The Kiosk is adapted to robotics and artificial intelligence projects, and helps HDBank track data in real time. The design team's main job is to design and wireframe and make a clear mind map to work with the AI system in the robot
My role: Research, high-fidelity, prototyping, and animation to align design with the project goal.
My process:
Doing secondary research, iterating design based on feedback and research. Conduct user testing, and emphasize people's problems to improve the design.

The Problem

The design for the Kiosk needs to be colorful and the color scheme, it also has to work with HDBank's primary color. There also have to consider the side of each element to make everything not too small or big when appearing in the Kiosk.

Because this is the first project working with AI the design team has to consider how it appears and interacts in the system.

The Solution

After multiple user testing the final product is user-friendly and colorful to welcome and attract all guests to the main entrance of HDbank. The robot artificial intelligence recognized the guest's voice and acted as a receptionist, and entertainer, and displayed other events in the company.

 
 
 

After the internal user testing phase is completed, we will proceed to update the wireframe and refine the prototyping to create a more streamlined and user-friendly experience with easy-to-interact elements. The new product is scheduled to be showcased at the upcoming New Year party hosted by HDBank. For this reason, it is essential that most of the design elements are more colorful and vibrant while still ensuring that they fit seamlessly and cohesively into the established new design system.
